You probably have some type of malware or spyware.

Download and run these 2 programs and do a full system scan.
Great programs for detecting spyware and malware.
Don`t ever download something your not sure of.

I had a virus like this. It could be smitfraud or virtumonde. I hate Virtumonde it displays tons of popups and is very destructive. Sometimes viruses disable task manager. If not go on your browser and get spybot search and destroy from its a trusted site don’t worry. And you can also get AVG from the same site also. If that doesnt remove it run AVG in safe mode. Same with spybot. when you restart your PC press F8 every second until a screen shows up that tells you to run in safe mode. Don;t wait though i mean right when you turn your PC on press F8. If you have any more questions contact me I can help cuz I had a similar experience with 7 trojans on my PC. Including Virtumonde. Feel free to ask any questions. in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware,and what they find you
delete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.
what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.
even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.
dont forget when you install this software to update them, and do an update every day
then restore untill before you get infected.
