Just in case this thing has protected itself very well here is what he found out so far;
The file won’t delete through normal means even in safe mode.
righ clicking the file doesn’t bring up a menu as would happen with any normal file so he can’t change the properties. Need to get rid of the “read only” flag so it can be deleted.
I am thinking a command line type instruction may be needed to reset the attributes and delete this thing if the anti-malware can’t do the job.

Joan H asked: I posted a question on here earlier about Malware, and got lots of answers. I tried several of them, one, installing Super Antispyware.exe. That program is causing a problem in itself. Majorgeeks.com says it is Malware and the problem is, you can’t delete it. I looked in Add/delete and indeed it is not there. I emailed them and they answered “Hello-just got to add/delete and delete it, but I can’t because it doesn’t show there. Any suggestions. Make them good, I’m exhausted, with this thing. I ran a trial of Norton 360, found nothing, AVG Spyware tool does not find it. Maybe I have deleted the offending malware, but now can’t delete the Super Antispyware.exe. Need Help. Thanks
