The adware looks like a desktop hijacker
Is there any safe free way to get rid of this thing
P.S. The adware keeps forcing popups fake security alerts and trying to get me to download fake adware and privacy things
*EDIT Thanks for all the help guys, but after a little snooping I found its source and its roots and stuff,
did a little research and my computers clean as a whistle now

Also just for more people reading this, some of the “adware removers” listed in the answers aren’t all that safe themselves.
